Osborn Chartered Surveyors is the trading name of M J Osborn FRICS Ltd, an RICS-regulated building surveying practice based in Black Notley, Essex. We operate primarily across London and Essex, handling the full range of party wall instructions from individual homeowners through to developers with multiple adjoining interests.
Party wall work is our core specialism. We act as Building Owner's Surveyor, Adjoining Owner's Surveyor, and as Agreed Surveyor where both parties are happy to proceed on that basis. We handle the full process — notices, schedules of condition, and awards — and we're used to managing matters with multiple adjoining owners and complex construction programmes.
Alongside party wall work, we offer building surveys, property valuations and lease extension advice for residential and commercial clients.
