When you contact us via our website contact form or by email, we collect the following information:

The address of the property in question (if provided)
The details of your enquiry

We do not collect any sensitive personal data and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to carry out the surveying services you have instructed us to provide. We do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where we enter into a contract with you, on the basis of contractual necessity.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data that does not result in an instruction is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted. Data relating to completed instructions is retained for six years in accordance with our professional indemnity insurance obligations and RICS requirements.

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations)
